These beer brownies are super easy to make, and super duper chocolaty. I found this recipe and added Sanders Chocolate Stout from the Detroit Beer Company. They turned out fantastic! They would also be delicious served with some Dragon’s Milk ice cream.
1 12oz bottle of Sanders Chocolate Stout
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup cocoa powder
2 cups of sugar
1/2 cup of butter(1 stick melted)
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2 cups of flour
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix the beer and cocoa powder together in a large bowl.
Add in the sugar, butter, salt, vanilla, eggs and flour.
Once everything is mixed together, add in the chocolate chips, and pour mixture into a greased 9×13 pan. Baked for 40 minutes.
